How To Instal</h2>

Install ROM:<br /><br />- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe<br />- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM<br />- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool<br />- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"<br />-
 Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) 
and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).<br /><br />- Press “Download” button to start<br />- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.<br />- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.<br />- And green circles display<br />- Finish !</h2>

First of all extract the file and put file below in micro sd and insert in ur phone then make it ON.<br />

on the first screen u can see the language option and accessibility now go to accessibility<br />
<br />
<span style="color: red;"><span style="font-size: medium;">accessibility>switch access>make it on>settings>key combo for overview></span></span>press volume down and click ok..<br />
then go back to <span style="color: red;"><span style="font-size: medium;">accessibility>vision>talkback>settings>privacy policy</span></span>.<br />

You can see the browser then press volume down >dual WINDOW> click
 to file manager install the app that you put in micro sd and open it. 
now you can see the settings than go to backup & reset and reset 
your phone DONE.<br />

 to users create new user then set it up then come again to owner then 
go to backup & reset now u can see the reset OPTION NOW u can reset 
ur phone DONE....<br />

I was suffering from that problem for a while and tried almost EVERYTHING,<br />
The problem is that SD Update always <span style="color: red;">FAIL</span>,<br /> <br /> <span style="color: yellow;"> #let's begin,</span><br /> </b></span></span><br /> <span style="font-family: Century Gothic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Century Gothic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b> First of all you have to identify what FW ver you have,<br /> </b></span></span><span style="color: yellow;">1.</span> Start the TAB in Droidboot by pressing and HOLDING <span style="color: yellow;">Volume UP</span> and <span style="color: yellow;">Power</span> button until the menu appears,<br /> <span style="color: yellow;">2.</span> Now you can see what FW Installed on your TAB,<br /> <br /> <img alt="" border="0" src="http://www.egylovers.net/news/wp-content/uploads/b9c252567989956022897207.jpg" /><br /> <br /> <span style="color: yellow;">3.</span> Now go to ASUS Support Site and Download the same FW as your TAB,<br /> <br /> <img alt="" border="0" src="http://www.egylovers.net/news/wp-content/uploads/993390684402100599739574.jpg" /><br /> <br /> <span style="color: yellow;">4.</span> After Downloading FW, Extract it and Copy .zip File to SD Card and rename it to <span style="color: yellow;">k012_sdupdate.zip</span>,<br /> <span style="color: yellow;">5.</span> Now put back SD Card into TAB and Reboot into <span style="color: yellow;">DroidBoot</span> Mode,<br /> <span style="color: yellow;">6. </span>Now Here is the Trick, <span style="color: yellow;">You have to Plug the Charger in the TAB while Updating from SD</span> So, Plug the Charger now then choose <span style="color: yellow;">SD Update,</span><br /> <span style="color: yellow;">7.</span> Wait until Update process finish then reboot your TAB,</b></span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><br /> </span><br /> <div align="center">

      Click on the first button (circled out in yellow) to Refresh, and 
MiFlash should automatically recognize the device. Then click the second
